Building & Amenities

Flatiron House

Drawing upon the aesthetic of its landmarked neighbors through a distinctly contemporary lens, Flatiron House comprises two buildings connected by a central garden. Rising above West 23rd Street with open views of Downtown Manhattan and The Clocktower to the east, the Tower is accentuated by a rhythmic grid of windows and planted loggias.

The more intimate Loft building, situated on quiet West 24th Street, offers a collection of full-floor residences with historic Flatiron District views. Many residences offer private planted spaces, creating a seamless transition between interiors and the outdoors.

The Garden

The Garden features a selection of flowering plants and trees and offers lush spaces for relaxation.

The Lounge

The Lounge provides a space for quiet repose or lively gatherings while the Game Room features billiards, a film screen, and a dining area for entertaining.

The Tower Lobby Entry

Gracefully articulated, the Tower Lobby entry features dramatic full-height bronzed metal doors and a patterned canopy that mimics dappled light flickering through foliage overhead.

The Tower Lobby

Clad in American Walnut and handsome limestone, the attended Lobby introduces a palette of rich natural materials reflected throughout the building’s amenity spaces.

FITNESS AND WELLNESS

The sunlit Gym offers a dedicated space for cardio and weight training as well as a separate area for yoga and stretching. A landscaped terrace extends The Gym to the outdoors and overlooks the Garden below.

THE LOFT ENTRY

A secondary entrance and onsite parking, discreetly located on 24th Street, offers additional convenience.
